Custom T-shirt

Embroidered T-shirt

We offer t-shirts, tank tops, long sleeves, hoodies and sweatshirts, crop tops, and more.
DTG printing

DTG (direct-to-garment) printing is like using a regular printer, but on t-shirts. Designs are printed directly onto the garment and absorb into the fabric.

We use the DTG method for most of our t-shirts. That’s because it yields quality prints, it’s cost-effective for one-off orders, and there’s almost no limit to the colors and fine detail you can use in your designs.

  • Kornit series printers
  • DTG inks are eco-friendly, CPSIA-compliant, non-toxic, non-hazardous, and soluble in water. They’re free from heavy metals, formaldehyde, and Alkylphenol Ethoxylates (APE).
Screen printing
We use screen printing for bulk orders with one design. This involves pushing ink through a woven mesh screen and stencil.
Embroidery
We can do flat embroidery on select t-shirts. This is a technique where the design is embroidered flat onto the garment, and it works well for fine details.
Packaging
Individual shirts are packaged in a see-through polymer bag, and then placed in a polymer mailer. Larger quantities are packaged into boxes.

Hats

3D Embroidered Hat

Custom Embroidered Beanie

Designs for hats are embroidered onto the product. Embroidery is very different from printing, so there are extra things to know.
Digitization
We professionally digitize all embroidery graphics for you before we move forward with fulfillment. What this means is we convert the graphic into a stitch file that the embroidery machine can process.
Embroidery Process

We use three main techniques for hat embroidery:

Flat embroidery – the thread is embroidered flat onto the hat
3D puff – a foam insert gives the embroidery a raised look
Partial 3D puff – a combination of flat and 3D embroidery

  • – Embroidered with Happy and Tajima embroidery machines
  • – High-density stitching
  • – Hand-clipped and cleaned
  • – Polyester “Spyder Cord” thread in 15 different colors
Packaging
Hats are placed in a polymer bag and then packaged in a box. We can fit 2-4 hats in one box.

Phone Cases

Custom Phone Cases

Technique • Packaging

We use UV printing technology for phone cases. With this process, graphics are printed onto the case with UV-curable ink. The ink is cured with a UV light as soon as it comes in contact with the case, which polymerizes it and forms a hard coating.

Our phone cases are mostly meant for cosmetic purposes, but they’ll protect your phone from scratching and smudging.

  • – Mimaki UV printer and inks
  • – High-quality print resolution, up to 1800 DPI

Cut And Sew Garments

Sublimation printing • Cut & sew • Packaging

All-Over-Print Bra

All-Over-Print Yoga Capri

Our cut & sew garments include leggings, skirts, dresses, swimwear, rash guards, sports bras, and shirts. Each garment is individually all-over sublimation printed, precision-cut, and hand-sewn by our in-house team.

Sublimation printing

Graphics are printed onto sublimation paper using specialty inks. Fabric is placed between two sheets of sublimation paper and goes through a heat press. The heat then transforms the sublimation ink into a gas that gets absorbed into the fabric.

Cut & sew

After a graphic is printed onto the fabric, the shape of the garment is precision-cut and hand-sewn with industrial sewing machines. This ensures a consistent all-over print and durable construction.
  • – Mimaki series printer and inks
  • – Fabric is a mix of cotton and nylon thread for maximum elasticity
  • – Sublimation inks are biodegradable and CPSIA compliant
Packaging
Cut & sew garments are placed in see-through polymer bags and into a mailer, or box for larger quantities.
